Terrific news! CHAT has signed the contract with the County of Butte for the Everhart Village project, a new tiny house shelter project in Chico for county Behavioral Health clients. Seen here is CHAT's acting executive director Leslie Johnson and Don Taylor, the County of Butte Housing and Homeless Administrator. CHAT can start developing the physical project as soon as the county Board of Supervisors approves the final contract later this month.
