Groundbreaking news on Everhart Village! We are excited and grateful to announce two upcoming events for our sleeping cabins project: first, the Everhart Village groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Wednesday, July 13th, at 10 am. This has been the culmination of so many years of effort, and we are so grateful to the community for the incredible support we've received and continue to receive for this innovative project. Parking at the site is extremely limited so we encourage folks to view the groundbreaking ceremony live on our Facebook page, and possibly other social media platforms. Stay tuned for more details!
The following day on July 14th, community members are invited to take part in an online forum about Everhart Village with CHAT and Butte County Behavioral Health. Staff members from both organizations will provide an update on the status of the Everhart Village planned sleeping-cabins project plus details about the timeline for construction and completion, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you have about the project.
