Our public forum last Wednesday evening (October 7th, 2021) was recorded and the video is now available online. Besides CHAT staff, our forum guests included Scott Kennelly, the director of Butte County Behavioral Health, and Don Taylor, the Butte County Housing & Homelessness Administrator, plus Russ Erickson from Robertson Erickson Civil Engineers and Surveyors in Chico, the lead engineering team in making the site usable.
